Guidelines for Posting Blogs and Forum Discussions

If you're reading this note you're probably interested in posting a blog or starting a forum discussion here on Disney Dream Depot!
We think that is Terrific! We are a Social Site after all and we want you to have fun and get involved!
Don't forget though that anytime there is a large gathering of people we need to have some social rule/guidelines to follow. Disney Dream Depot is no different and we ask that you help us by following a few common sense rules.
- Please keep it family friendly, please helps keep bad words and mean, derogatory or otherwise in appropriate content off the site. Walt was about good clean family fun and so are we!
- No Spam! Pure and simple, if you're not sure whether its spam or not, don't post it. We work very hard to keep spammers out and its a constant battle that takes a lot of time. If you spam we're going to ban you from the community with no warning or questions.
- Advertising within a blog post or on our forums is a no no. Please do not use this as a platform to sell anything, pitch anything, gain traffic to your site/personal blog, or troll for work or business.
We don't don't make money off this site because thats not it's purpose. Our mission is really about helping others enjoy Disney and getting the most from their Disney Vacations. However, the site is not free to run and requires funds to remain in existence. If you are interested in being able to place an ad on the site or supporting us monetarily please send an email to webmaster@disneydreamdepot.com for more information. - Please avoid Godwin's law :) and predictable online arguments. This a fun place, a safe place, where we can all get along. Please keep fights and drama of the site.
That's it! Just a few rules that if we all follow will make this site a lot of fun to be involved with and since this is a moderated site any violations of these guidelines will be quietly removed. We also reserve the right to remove anyone that is constantly flaunting these rules or being otherwise disruptive to the community.
